You are invited to join us for a Meet and Greet for Joey Atkins, Democratic Candidate for Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs on Wednesday, 10/28/2026 at the Sumter Democratic Headquarters from 4-6 PM.

Florida has elected Cabinet positions that if occupied by the correct person, can be a powerful force of good for Florida residents.  One such Cabinet position is that of the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs.  This Department is in charge of

    Food Safety,

    Farms,

    Fraud Investigations and

    Firearm permits.

Join us to learn more about Joey and to hear the ideas he has to run this Department.  He is also looking for input from the community.

Joey is very close to raising enough money to have a $100,000 State match so if you are able to help, you can donate at https://www.joeyforflorida.com/

You are welcome to join us whether you donate or not as our Statewide candidates need our moral support.
